Normal prescription glasses will take about 3 working days to ready.

Transition glasses will take about 3-7 working days to ready.

High astigmatism glasses will take about 7-10 working days to ready. Once your order leaves our shop, you will receive an email with tracking information.

* Prescription or back-order items may take up to a week or more and will be sent out on the next available delivery once it is ready. Also, unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances such as delivery company hold-up may result in longer delivery time.
For self-collection:

Return/Refunds
1) Your 100% satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 30 days Return & Refund policy:

If you made a mistake on the order.

If you just don't like the glasses.

If the product gets damaged during delivery, we will offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for return, goods must be unopened, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

When returned item is received and checked, customer will received an email from us regarding the refund status.
Please take note that:

We will refund you the frame price for a one-time-use 100% store credit, as the lenses can't be used any more after cutting. You need to cover the shipping cost. The return frame must be in good condition.

If the prescription you provide is incorrect, we will not be responsible for the cost of the remake.

We will not refund a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to wear and tear, misuse, or failure to take reasonable care.

​​3) You will need to initiate a return within 14 days of your collection/receive date. Call, WhatsApp, or email us to initiate a return along with your Order No. We will only perform the refund after we received the returned item. All refunds will take 14 days to process and we will issue in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment.
