Regular retinal screening is important to ensure good eye health. The OCT retinal technology available at Leong Yew Optical enables early detection of eye diseases that may be treatable to prevent vision loss. Routine eye exams on a regular basis cannot only improve your vision but can also detect eye diseases – many of which have no warning signs, like glaucoma or diabetic retinopathy.
We would strongly recommend everyone who has
Family history of eye diseases
Age above 40 years
High short-sighted or long-sighted
Reduced vision
Eye pain
Systemic diseases e.g diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, etc. to go for annual retinal screening.
Advanced Premium Eye Screening includes:

Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) Screening
